Maryam Hosseinzadeh, 48 ans, peint depuis son enfance. Ses tableaux sont le reflet de son vécu. Ils témoignent du passé de Maryam, de son point de vue sur la vie politique, sociale et culturelle de l’Iran. Son mari, Mohammad Mokhtari, poète et écrivain a été assassiné en novembre 1998 par les agents du Ministère iranien des Renseignements. Depuis cette date, elle préfère dire : «Je ne pleure pas, je peins» !

J. Golmakani est journaliste-réalisateur d’origine iranienne. En 1977 il commence sa carrière comme rédacteur-photographe à Téhéran. En 1982 il se trouve en France. En 1989 il obtient un Doctorat en cinéma-télévision à la Sorbonne. Sa recherche sur L’image de l’Iran à la télévision française est publiée aux Editions L’Harmattan, préfacé par Marc Ferro.

Summary

Maryam Hosseinzadeh, now 48, has painted since her childhood. Her paintings are a reflection of her life. They bear witness to Maryam's past and to her viewpoint on Iran's political, social and cultural life. Her husband, the writer and poet Mohammad Mokhtari, was assassinated in Autumn 1998 by agent of Iranian Ministry counter Intelligence. Since then, she has used her painting to take refuge and to pay homage to him. She likes to say, "I don't cry, I paint!"

 

 

 

J. Golmakani is an Iranian-French filmmaker, author and journalist. In 1977 he began his career as a photojournalist in Tehran-Iran. In 1982 he immigrated to France where he studied and received a Doctorate in Cinema and Television from Sorbonne University. He is the author of Image of Iran on French Television. Golmakani has produced and directed many documentary films for French television as well as many other television companies outside of France.
